The USA Wine Imports office at 285 West Broadway will be closing for an indefinite period of time as of the end of business today, Monday, March 16. Our office will continue to operate remotely, and we will be fully operational.
We will be checking our USPS mailbox infrequently and therefore request that customers deposit payments directly into our Citibank account and notify Christine (email@example.com) that they are doing so. Customers may also remit payment by sending a wire to our bank account or online via Pay Simple. Please contact Christine by email if you need instructions.
While our office is closed, we will not be able to receive samples shipments and will not be present for sample shipment pick-ups. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions, please contact Sandi (firstname.lastname@example.org).

We are pleased to inform you that our website is now being updated in real time with live data, allowing you and your sales reps the opportunity to ensure you have sufficient inventory to deliver the selections your customers have ordered. Payments received are also being updated in real time, so that Portfolio Managers can more easily review A/R reports.
If you currently do not have access to this site, please register so that our staff may be notified and grant the appropriate access. If you are not the Portfolio Manager and require access, please be sure to specify which “Portfolio” you are with, and ask your Portfolio Manager to email email@example.com, to ensure we process you as quickly as possible.
We will be making changes to several of the reports on our new website in order to optimize them for mobile devices. Until that time we are restoring access to our old site for those of you who would prefer to continue using it. It can be found here.
